Fayette County - Wanda Savage Phillips, 57, died at St. Francis Hospital. Services were held at the Peebles West Funeral Chapel at Oakland. A native of Oxford, MS and a Baptist, Mrs. Phillips is survived by two children; one brother; and six grandchildren.
